This category is open to all organisations that have a payroll giving scheme in place.

The judges will be looking for evidence that initiative has been shown in setting up or improving the scheme and that the organisation has shown an ongoing commitment to encouraging employees to sign up.

The judges said Royal Mail has built on the previous re-launch of its scheme and shown outstanding commitment to improving the processing through payroll.
