This category covers all forms of reward, from benefits, pensions and pay to recognition schemes. Entrants can nominate their complete scheme or a recently introduced addition or revision to their scheme, such as the introduction of total reward or a new salary sacrifice element to the benefits programme.
The judges will be looking for an HR team whose reward strategy improves morale, retention and productivity.
