How to enter

Entering is easy - just fill in an online form and submit it

To enter any of the categories below just click on the category heading
and you will be taken to a page that explains the criteria for entering and provides you with a link to an online entry form. Each category has a separate form and sets out all the questions you need to answer to enter, along with maximum word counts.

Alternatively you can request a Word version of any of the entry forms
from cathy.heys@cch.co.uk. These can either be returned via email with the subject heading the Pay Awards 2008 or you can mail them to Cathy Heys, Pay Awards, CCH, 145 London Road, Kingston, Surrey, KT2 6SR.
