All entries must be completed on the appropriate category entry form (a Word document), with all sections completed.

All parts of the entry should be submitted at the same time.

All nomination criteria and requirements must be met.

Nominations sent through the post should be typed on A4 paper, using the same format as the category entry forms. Please do not bind entries or submit brochures, marketing literature etc.

Endorsements submitted in the software and outsourcing categories should be submitted at the same time and provided on company letterhead. For entries sent via email the endorsement should be scanned in and saved as a PDF or jpeg.

Individuals and organisations can self-nominate, as long as endorsements are provided.

People making nominations must know their nominee in a professional capacity.

The judges’ decision is final.

Winners will not be notified before the event. Shortlisted nominees will be contacted.
